Enoch stands out as a man who walked with God (v34,35)

The NT explains …

…he was approved as one who pleased God. Now without faith it is impossible to please God, since the one who draws near to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him. (Hebrews 11:5,6)

Enoch believed, prayed and so pleased the LORD. This is what it means to walk with God. Because of Jesus’ finished work we can please God.
